To address this gap, the firm partnered with Elevos to create the Scheduler Academy—a comprehensive program designed to build an in-house pipeline of talent. The academy standardized training processes, developed effective instructional materials, and established a scalable framework for ongoing skill development. Through a blend of remote learning and hands-on mentorship, the program enhanced training and assessment practices, ensuring employees across regions could access consistent, high-quality development opportunities.
