BACKGROUND

CM Solutions, a project controls consulting firm, faced a growing shortage of skilled professionals as retirements accelerated and entry-level opportunities in the industry remained scarce. To address this gap, the firm partnered with Elevos to create the Scheduler Academy—a comprehensive program designed to build an in-house pipeline of talent. The academy standardized training processes, developed effective instructional materials, and established a scalable framework for ongoing skill development. Through a blend of remote learning and hands-on mentorship, the program enhanced training and assessment practices, ensuring employees across regions could access consistent, high-quality development opportunities. As a result, CM Solutions strengthened its ability to attract, engage, and retain emerging professionals while expanding organizational capacity to deliver high-quality services to clients.
