Background
Bishop Fox, a leading cybersecurity consulting firm, faced a significant challenge in finding and training qualified cybersecurity professionals. The firm aimed to develop a consistent approach to training that would attract talent, ensure efficient onboarding, and reinforce their reputation for excellence. Prior to collaborating with Elevos, Bishop Fox had an internal knowledge base and an off-the-shelf content library but lacked a unified training strategy.
In 2020, Bishop Fox partnered with Elevos to create a flagship training program, Bishop Fox Academy. The goal was to establish a standardized training process that would prepare new hires to deliver high-quality consulting services through a flexible curriculum tailored to their needs.
Activities
Elevos’ approach began with understanding Bishop Fox’s priorities through workshops with practice directors and subject matter experts. We identified 32 core skills and 128 technical skills essential for employee success.
